When I started the vactional placement 2 , I was be sent to a different restaurant.
I gotta say I love this place!
That is a quite peaceful kitchen I've nerver seen before.
Everyone has good skills and emotion, treat me mild smile.
The head chef has well oraganize to run the kitchen.
Also pays enough attentions to teach me.
one day, I was working and he went trough to see me.
Suddently he said..
'Do you know KISS?'
I had a little bit scare, (what do you want to me >W<??)
'Yes, I know. Why you ask this...?' I said
He said"Keep it simple, stupid. That is important when you work."
'So you don't mean the kiss?' I point 2 index finger together.
'No,I don't want to kiss you.'
See, that is my head chef. Usually speaks much dry jokes.
But he also very serious to my training.
Because I checked the wikipedia.
"KISS" is not opposite meaning.
The principle appears we should make the key goal simple and straight, the unnecessary factors can be avoided
It is a useful principle for software development, animation or strategic planning.
But it also works in this place.
